XVI Autumn Conference of Young Scientists: Current Issues of Economics and Sociology

The Young Scientists Council of the Institute of Economics and Industrial Engineering of the SB RAS and the Faculty of Economics of NSU from October 12 to 15, 2020 are holding the XVI Autumn Conference of Young Scientists in the Novosibirsk Academgorodok: topical issues of economics and sociology. The event has the status of an All-Russian conference with international participation.

The purpose of the conference is to create conditions and opportunities for young scientists and students to present the results of their research work, receive an expert assessment, recommendations for the direction of further scientific research from the leading researchers of the IEIE SB RAS and the Faculty of Economics of NSU.

The work of the "XVI Autumn Conference of Young Scientists in the Novosibirsk Academgorodok: Topical Issues of Economics and Sociology" will be organized online (by the means of ZOOM) and will be held in the following section directions:

  • spatial analysis and regional economics;
  • infrastructure problems of Russia: transport;
  • infrastructure problems of Russia: energetics;
  • human capital and social infrastructure;
  • innovation and digitalization of the economy;
  • enterprise management and investment;
  • analysis of the problems of industry complexes;
  • social aspects of spatial development.

The bulk of applications was collected in the framework of the preparation of the II All-Russian conference with international participation "Spatial analysis of socio-economic systems: history and modernity", dedicated to the memory of Academician A.G. Granberg, the holding of which was postponed by the decision of the organizing committee to 2021.

Participation in the conference is free of charge.

As a result of the conference, a collection of abstracts and a monograph with indexing in the RSCI will be published.
