The conference “Spatial analysis of socio-economic systems” was POSTPONED

Due to the pandemic, the steering committee has postponed holding of the II^-ndAll-Russian conference with international participation “Spatial analysis of socio-economic systems: history and our times” dedicated to the memory of academician A.G. Granberg for a year.

The conference will be held “in presentio” in October 2021

On the said dates, from 12 to 15 October 2020, a part of the conference will take place online. It will be represented by reports of young scientists - delivered in the course of the annual XVI Autumn conference of young scientists in the Novosibirsk Academgorodok “Pressing issues of economics and sociology’.

We are inviting not only those participants that registered for the youth section but also all those that applied to other sections and would be interested to take part. Age of participants is not a restricting factor.

The II^-nd All-Russian conference with international participation “Spatial analysis of socio-economic systems: history and our times” dedicated to the memory of academician A.G. Granberg.

Hosts of the conference: Institute of economics and industrial engineering SB RAS together with Russian academy of sciences, Sibirian division of RAS, Ministry of science and higher education of RF. With support of: Novosibirsk national research state university, Institute of national economy forecasting of RAS, Institute of economics of Urals division of RAS, Institute of economic research of Far East division of RAS, Novosibirsk state technical university.

The conference follows the tradition of the scientific school of academician A.G. Granberg who made an invaluable contribution into establishing regional science in Russia. We are looking forward to see scientists from various regions and countries representing different academic schools to deliver their take on contemporary state of regional research in post-socialist universe. We are planning to review case records concerning new data and tools of research in spatial economics as well as promote discussion of theoretical and applied research in spatial modeling of socio-economic systems. - to stimulate discussion of theoretical and applied research in spatial modeling of socio-economic systems.

3. Economic-mathematical modeling of interregional and intersectoral relationships.
